2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on the website by a consumer with a delivery address in an EU member state or the United Kingdom. By placing an order you accept these terms. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.

3. Products and prices

All products are new and boxed. Descriptions, specifications and images are as accurate as possible; minor colour differences may occur. Every appliance is supplied with the plug type used in the delivery country: Type C/F (Schuko) for most EU countries and Type G for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta and Cyprus. Built-in ovens and hobs that require a fixed connection are installed by a qualified electrician.

Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery is free. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, we pay all import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees; nothing is charged to you on delivery. If a price is obviously wrong, we inform you before dispatch and you can cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Ordering and contract

The contract is concluded in English when you click the order button at checkout and we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment is not authorised or we suspect fraud; you are informed and any payment is refunded in full within 14 days. We keep a copy of the contract, which you can request by email.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place the order, by the methods shown at checkout; if you choose pay on delivery, you pay the courier when the order is delivered. See Payment methods.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free to all EU member states and the United Kingdom. We dispatch within 1–2 business days; transit takes 2–4 business days within Spain, 3–7 to other EU countries and 4–8 to the UK. Full details: Delivery and tracking. Risk passes to you when you or a person you designate receive the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, inform us by email at info@zevonix.shop or by post to the address above, for example using the form below. We refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them back. We pay the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Electric toothbrushes and toothbrush heads whose hygiene seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Returns and exchanges

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you can return or exchange items free of charge within 30 days of delivery under our Returns, refunds and warranty policy.

9. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under Spanish consumer law. If a product is faulty you are entitled to repair or replacement; where that is not possible, to a price reduction or refund. To make a claim, email info@zevonix.shop with your order number and a description of the fault.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

11. Intellectual property and trademarks

The content of this website belongs to ELECTRODOMESTICOS BUBER S.L. or its licensors. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners; ELECTRODOMESTICOS BUBER S.L. is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

12. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

13. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts. If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@zevonix.shop; we answer within 14 days. You may also contact the consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) or the consumer authority in your country.
