What data we collect and why

Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, the products ordered and payment status (never your full card number). Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Invoicing and accounting: order and invoice data. Legal basis: legal obligation (Spanish tax law).
Customer account: email, password (stored encrypted), saved addresses and order history. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Contact form and email: the details and message you send us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request.
Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every email.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.

Who we share your data with

Payment service provider that processes card payments.
Delivery companies that receive your name, address, phone and email to deliver the parcel and send tracking updates.
Hosting and email providers that store the website, its database and our mailbox.
Newsletter service (Mailchimp), only if you subscribe.
Customs authorities for deliveries to the United Kingdom.
Public authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Where a provider is located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

Order and invoice data: 6 years (Spanish Commercial Code).
Account data: until you delete your account.
Contact requests: up to 2 years after the request is closed.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Server logs: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@zevonix.shop; we answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority in your country.
