Scope<\/h2>\n<p>These terms apply to every order placed on the website by a consumer with a delivery address in an EU member state or the United Kingdom. By placing an order you accept these terms. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Products and prices<\/h2>\n<p>All products are new and boxed. Descriptions, specifications and images are as accurate as possible; minor colour differences may occur. Every appliance is supplied with the plug type used in the delivery country: Type C\/F (Schuko) for most EU countries and Type G for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta and Cyprus. Built-in ovens and hobs that require a fixed connection are installed by a qualified electrician.<\/p>\n<p>Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery is free. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, we pay all import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees; nothing is charged to you on delivery. If a price is obviously wrong, we inform you before dispatch and you can cancel the order for a full refund.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Ordering and contract<\/h2>\n<p>The contract is concluded in English when you click the order button at checkout and we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment is not authorised or we suspect fraud; you are informed and any payment is refunded in full within 14 days. We keep a copy of the contract, which you can request by email.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Payment is taken when you place the order, by the methods shown at checkout; if you choose pay on delivery, you pay the courier when the order is delivered. We dispatch within 1\u20132 business days; transit takes 2\u20134 business days within Spain, 3\u20137 to other EU countries and 4\u20138 to the UK. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. We refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them back. We pay the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
