We send you a prepaid return label.<\/p><\/div>\n<span class=\"kicker\">Returns<\/span><h2>30-day returns<\/h2>\n<p>You can return any item within 30 days of the day you (or a person you designate) receive it, for a refund or an exchange. This policy applies to all orders delivered in the EU and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<ul><li>Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and documents.<\/li><li>The item should be unused. If it has been handled beyond what is needed to check its nature and how it works, we may deduct its loss of value from the refund.<\/li><li>Include your order number.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>Your legal right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return period extends this right. We pay the return shipping for all returns from all delivery countries, whatever the reason for the return.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>We refund the full amount paid, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier). The refund is made to the original payment method. We email you when the refund is issued; your bank may need a few more days to show it.<\/p>\n<h2>Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>You can exchange an item for a different model or colour within 30 days of delivery, free of charge and subject to availability. Any price difference is charged or refunded. We dispatch the replacement within 1\u20132 business days of receiving the returned item.<\/p>\n<h2>Wrong, damaged or faulty item<\/h2>\n<p>If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, send us photos of the item and the packaging, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We collect it at our cost and send a replacement or give a full refund.<\/p>\n<span class=\"kicker\" id=\"warranty\">Warranty<\/span><h2>3-year legal guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>Every product is new and covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007), which applies to all our orders. If a product is faulty you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge; where this is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.
